Each VaSa Creations product is prepared with care, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and work with our production partner to determine the appropriate resolution under the applicable fulfillment policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference. Please review product details and sizing carefully before ordering.
